Warranty and Returns


Upon receipt, you the consumer are responsible for checking the quality of the product and that the order is complete. You must report any defects or incorrectly delivered products to us within 2 days of delivery.


It can sometimes happen that you want to return an item, or order. Perhaps because you do not like the product or maybe there is another reason why you do not want to keep the order. Whatever the reason is, with us you can return an item within 30 days of receipt.(Provided it meets the return conditions below)

There are a number of conditions attached to the exchange and return;

    • Items must be returned within 30 days in proper packaging.
    • If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product with all supplied accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging to be returned to us.
    • If the total order amount falls below €50(NL)/€60(BE) due to partial returns, the usual shipping contribution will be deducted from the return amount.
    • Damage and loss of the package in transit is at your own risk.
    • Unstamped or insufficiently stamped envelopes will not be accepted by Hippe Girls, regardless of the reason for the return.
    • Refunds usually take place within a few business days and no later than 14 days after receipt of the return.

At Hippe Girls we care about our products and do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it can sometimes happen that an order breaks or gets damaged during shipment, or that something else happens that gives you a warranty claim. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will provide repair or replacement at no charge.

Warranty on jewelry:

At Hip Girls, warranty on jewelry breakage is excluded. We kindly ask you to handle your jewelry with care.

Hippe Girls gives 1 month warranty on her jewelry.

After this period you can make a claim on our return policy:


  • From 1 month to 3 months you will receive 40% discount on a new piece of jewelry.
  • From 4 months to 6 months you will receive 20% discount on a new piece of jewelry. (The discount is calculated on the amount you paid for the jewelry).

Breakage is not recognized as a manufacturing or material defect, as this is user damage.

The warranty starts the day we ship the product to you. If you are giving a piece of jewelry as a gift, we advise you to check the jewelry carefully. It is impossible for us to know how often and how long a piece of jewelry has been worn. Therefore, we opt for a warranty period of 1 month after shipment.

It is important to take off your jewelry while exercising, showering, sleeping, and so on.

Chemicals such as those present in some types of shampoos, perfumes, hair products and chlorinated water can affect jewelry and cause stones to come off.

Jewelry with stones is fragile. Changes in temperature, contact with water, perfumes and creams can cause the stones to come off over time. If you drop a piece of jewelry with stones, there is a chance that the stones will come off.

We also recommend that you do not wear your jewelry while showering (taking a bath), in bed or while exercising. Also, do not leave your jewelry on overnight and store it in a sealed box. We understand that, as a parent, you may not want to take earrings off several times a week and choose to swim, shower, etc. with earrings. Just know that this choice can cause rhinestones to come off, enamel to come off over time and that this is due to such things as moisture.

If there is something wrong with a piece of jewelry, please send us an email with a picture of the defect and the order number. We will address this complaint as soon as possible and keep you informed via email.

If we cannot assess the problem via e-mail, we may ask you to return the product to us first.
