Care:

We recommend keeping the earrings in for at least 10 weeks. This gives the earlobe plenty of time to heal. The first year it is also important to always keep an earring in. If you go on vacation always take a spare set with you.

We recommend to take care of the earrings at least twice a day (as long as you have the first earrings in). With us you can buy different care products from Studex and Inverness, which you can use around the punctured hole on the front and back of the ear. Try not to use a cotton ball, as this can leave behind lint. You could use a tissue instead.

When cleaning with the care lotion, we recommend gently twisting the earring to prevent it from sticking and to ensure that the lotion can penetrate deep into the hole. Please note when touching your earring and your ear should be thoroughly washed.

After showering, rinse the ear thoroughly with water and then treat with an antisept skin care product. Slight swelling and reddening of the ear that occurs immediately after the earring is set is completely normal. If you follow our instructions, these symptoms should disappear within 48 hours.

Should the shot hole really bother you, we recommend removing the earring. After that, it is important to keep the hole clean with an antisept and to touch it as little as possible. Does your ear really hurt, become very red and swollen? Then it may indicate inflammation. If you show any of these symptoms, contact your doctor.

Also be careful with drying off, hair brushes, scarves, etc. It is super painful if the earrings get stuck behind something.

We do not pierce holes in children under the age of 16 who visit without a parent/guardian.
