Refund policy of Hippe Girls B.V.
General Policy:
Hip Girls is committed to the satisfaction of its customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund under certain conditions. This policy applies to all purchases made through the official Hippe Girls website.
Refunds:
Refunds are issued via the original payment method used for the purchase.
To be eligible for a refund, you must contact Hippe Girls within the timeframe specified on the website after receiving the product. This deadline may vary depending on the type of product.
The product must be in its original condition, including all tags, packaging and accessories.
Hip Girls reserves the right to inspect the product before issuing a refund.
Exceptions:
Some products cannot be returned for hygienic reasons, or when the product is personalized. These exceptions are clearly stated on the product pages of the website.
For digital products, such as e-books or downloadable content, no refund is possible after the product has been downloaded. Also, products that have been used will not be taken back by us.
Return shipping:
If you wish to return a product, you must notify us in advance.
The cost and responsibility of the return is the customer's, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
We recommend using a Track & Trace service when returning to avoid loss or damage in transit.
Refund Processing:
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, Hippe Girls will process the refund within a reasonable period of time (max 14 days).
Shipping charges paid on the original purchase will not be refunded unless the product is defective or misdelivered.
If the return of one or more items makes you ineligible for free shipping, we will deduct the shipping costs from the refundable amount.
If an order has been delivered to a Post Point and is not picked up within the specified time frame, and the package is returned to us, the cost of reshipping will be borne by the customer. If the customer chooses not to receive the order again, the shipping costs previously incurred when the order was placed will not be refunded.
