Shipping Policy of Hippe Girls

1. Shipping Times

Orders placed on business days (Monday through Friday) before 3:00 p.m. will be shipped the same business day.

On Wednesdays, we have a temporary change to our shipping schedule: orders placed before 12:00 p.m. will be shipped the same day. Orders placed on Wednesday after 12:00 p.m. will be shipped on Thursday.

Orders placed after the specified times, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods

Hippe Girls uses a variety of reliable carriers and shipping methods.

You'll see which shipping options are available for your order during checkout. The available options may vary by country, destination, and order size.

3. Shipping Confirmation and Track & Trace

As soon as your order has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation via email.

If your order is shipped with Track & Trace, this email will also include the tracking information you can use to track your shipment.

If your order is shipped via standard mail, Track & Trace is not available.

4. Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on the destination, the country, and the shipping method selected.

We do everything we can to process and ship orders on time. However, the actual delivery depends on the carrier. As a result, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date.

During busy periods, holidays, or in the event of delays on the part of the carrier, delivery may take longer than usual.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs may vary depending on the destination and shipping method.

During checkout, the available shipping options and the corresponding shipping costs are clearly displayed before you finalize your order.

Any threshold amounts for free shipping, if applicable, will be displayed during the ordering process.

6. Address Information

Before completing your order, always double-check that the shipping address has been entered completely and correctly.

If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information, any costs associated with returning the order and reshipping it may be charged to the customer.
